Overview
All products sold on Dzine Prodigy are digital ebooks delivered in electronic formats such as PDF, EPUB, or MOBI. Due to the nature of digital products, once an ebook is downloaded or accessed, it is considered “used,” and thus, it is non-refundable.
Refunds
We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties in accessing or downloading the eBook, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you in resolving the issue or, if necessary, provide a refund.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same eBook more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will process a refund for the duplicate order.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
To request a refund, please email our customer support at support@dzineprodigy.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or information to support your claim
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
No Exchanges
We do not entertain exchanges for any ebook purchases. Please ensure that you review the ebook details carefully before completing your purchase.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Unauthorized Use: If we detect that the eBook has been accessed or downloaded in an unauthorized manner, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after purchasing an ebook, we cannot offer a refund.
Compatibility Issues: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their device or reading software before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility issues.
